These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the “Agreement”), along with all related documents, constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and Pump News (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Pump News mobile application (the “App”).
All documents referenced within this Agreement are expressly incorporated by reference.
Please read this Agreement carefully before downloading, installing, or using the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, which becomes effective from the moment you first download, install, or use the App.
If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not access, download, install, or use the App. If you have already done so, you must immediately delete the App from your device.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time for any reason. Any changes will be communicated by updating the Agreement within the App. It is your responsibility to periodically review the Agreement to stay informed of updates. Continued use of the App following any updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use. You may only use the App in accordance with its stated purposes as described in its listings or promotional materials.
Your privacy is a priority to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and store your personal data. Access to and use of the App are subject to the Privacy Policy, and by using the App, you acknowledge and agree to its terms. If you disagree with any aspect of the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the App immediately.
By using the App, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights associated with the App. These rights include, but are not limited to, the source code, user interface design, visual elements, content materials, trademarks, and copyrighted works (“Intellectual Property Rights”).
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with this Agreement (“License”).
All content within the App, including but not limited to images, text, graphics, and multimedia elements (“Works”), as well as logos and trademarks (“Means of Individualization”), are protected by copyright and trademark laws and belong to us, our partners, or our licensors. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any way without explicit permission.
Unauthorized use of our Intellectual Property Rights will result in legal action to protect our interests. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.
The Pump News platform may include links to third-party websites, applications, or services, as well as advertisements not affiliated with us. These external platforms may link to additional resources or services. We do not endorse or guarantee the safety, privacy, or quality of these third-party offerings and disclaim any liability for damages arising from their use. Any interactions or transactions with such third parties are your responsibility, and their respective privacy and security policies govern the handling of your data. We recommend reviewing the policies of any third-party services you access through Pump News.
